The drifting motion of the candles upon the water is controlled by a positioning anchor. This added feature can be a real necessity on those evenings when the warm summer breezes would normally have all of your candles congregating on one side of the pool.
The candle base is 9 1/4 inches square and is constructed of white polyethylene foam, similar to the popular water noodles. The floating candles stand 9 to 10 inches tall depending on the style of globe that you choose. The globes are made of shatter resistant acrylic plastic.
Your "Shimmering Lites" floating candle will come with a liquid candle which will illuminate your pool for over thirty hours. This replaceable liquid candle uses lamp oil. There is no melted wax to have to deal with, keeping your floating candle clean and neat.
